Wear-free Type
TECW Series Wear-free Multi-plate Screw Press (WMSP) was developed by Techase Company on the basis of TECH Series Multi-plate Screw Press (MSP). The screw shaft doesn't have any contact with the fixed rings and moving rings that prevents the rings from wearing. Then the screw shaft and the rings will get much longer service life. Moreover, other improved designs make WMSP has larger capacity and higher performance than MSP of same model.
Technical Features
Wear-free Design: Non-touch among the fixed / moving rings and screw shaft
Service Life: The service life of the screw shaft can be over 20 years and and fixed / moving rings 6 years.
Rotating Speed: 4-6 r/min.
